A one-day motivational seminar and retreat designed for supervisors, managers, and leaders experiencing changes in the workplace. Participants will learn skills for managing stress and practical approaches for maintaining productivity in the work environment.
Managing Change Seminar
A one-day seminar on organizational change designed for supervisors. Participants will learn the effects of change on employees and helpful approaches for maintaining productive relationships in the workplace.
Managing Diversity in the Workplace
A one-day workshop on managing cultural diversity designed for supervisors. Participants will learn about cultural differences and approaches to working more effectively with people from different cultures.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Workplace
A one-day workshop designed for employers on understanding the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements for accommodating applicants and employees with disabilities. Participants will learn how the law defines reasonable accommodations, qualified person with a disability and practical strategies for making accommodations.
Health and Safety Courses
American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) authorized to certify participants in Basic First Aid, CPR Community and Professional, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, Emergency Oxygen, Haz-Com, Childcare and Babysitting Safety, Essentials and all Safety Programs.
