Conduct consultation projects that improve the delivery of client services and assist with program or project development, restructuring and diversification, includes assistance with Medicaid certification and achieving national accreditations.

Perform independent compliance reviews, mock surveys and providing technical support for corrective action planning, and/or quality improvement programs.

Conduct forums and surveys, compiling or preparing, and disseminating data and information.

Assist businesses and agencies understand the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), particularly concerning reasonable accommodations.

Training and essential information to help provider agencies develop the organizational capacity to manage quality improvement to improve the quality of supports and services for people who are receiving services through their agency.
